Northwest Christian School is happy to welcome Amanda Saxby as our new 6th grade teacher. Amanda brings more than a decade of teaching and school leadership experience  within  Adventist education. She has taught middle school ELA, math, social studies, and Bible, and most recently served as Vice Principal and Registrar at Cascade Christian Academy. Amanda is known for building strong relationships with students, fostering positive classroom culture, and maintaining clear communication with families. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Educational Leadership and is excited to return to the classroom with a broader perspective on supporting students and teachers. Amanda is also a mom of two children and enjoys paper crafting, board games, cycling, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family.
